Organic White Tea
White tea is the least processed of all the tea types and the closest to the bush. White tea is naturally oxidized and has a wonderful sweet, soft and succulent cup. White tea is extremely light, pale-colored or blush-toned and characterized by mellow floral sweet flavors.
Powerful Antioxidants: The buds of these teas are silvery due to the fine white hairs that cover the unfurled leaf bud. The fresh new leaves are packed with powerful antioxidants.
Caffeine Level: Tea offers a variety of caffeine levels depending on the type of tea. In general white tea has the most caffeine available in the leaf since caffeine in the plant is a natural insect repellent. However, in the infused cup it is lower than that of other tea types.
